The company’s philosophy is all about providing high quality coffee machines and coffee products combined with premium service. It works with customers to provide a bespoke service to suit their particular needs, rather than recommending standard packages. A team of expert account handlers, trainers and service engineers are dedicated to deliver for customers.
Based in Prees, Shropshire, the company works with high-profile businesses and brands primarily across Shropshire, Cheshire, the North West and the Midlands.
The company has cemented partnerships with the world’s best coffee machine suppliers in the traditional machine sector presenting coffee machines from the most established names in coffee technology
Key to success is a partnership with one of the finest coffee roasters in the industry, Lincoln & York. High on the list of priorities was researching and selecting a roaster that provides a full range of ethical products accredited by the Rainforest Alliance, Fairtrade and OF&G. Lincoln and York’s commitment to quality and ethical trading includes providing full traceability of beans to individual farmers.
Through the relationship with Lincoln & York, Tilley Green can work with customers to develop their own unique and bespoke blends by conducting flavour profiles with our roaster.
To complement its coffee product range, the company has also tracked-down superior quality teas from everyday to high-end speciality flavoured teas; and top-of-the-range chocolates. Premium, personal and adaptable service is at the heart of the company’s offering and this has been critical to establishing long-standing partnerships with customers.

Whixall Marina is a narrowboat marina and holiday destination based in the North Shropshire. The Marina is made up of 150 modern berths for both leisure and residential moorers.
The site also offers a variety of holiday accommodation from shepherd’s huts and luxury homes. The marina also operates its own luxury canal boat rental business, Pea Green Boats. A waterside café offers homemade hot food and beverages seven days a week.

Meadowland Poultry is a purpose-built farm which rears chickens for one of the UK’s largest chicken processors.
It houses 240,000 chickens, evenly spread across 6 modern poultry sheds. The company is less than ten years old and has recently made a £1 million investment focusing on poultry welfare and sustainability in chicken farming through the installation of renewable energy systems, namely solar to produce electricity and heat exchangers to reduce fossil fuel consumption.

Over many years, the Group’s owners David and Linda Grocott, alongside their late father Ray Grocott who died in 2023, have been committed to supporting their local community, with an emphasis on the areas in Shropshire where their former business was based, Whitchurch, and their home village of Prees.

In addition, the owners have supported numerous charities and people in the local area.
Combining Daniel McGowan’s expertise and experience within the housebuilding industry and David and Linda Grocott’s history of successfully owning and renting property, McGowan Grocott Land & Development was formed to focus on residential property development.
With an emphasis on building mixed developments comprising affordable, community and family housing, properties are of high quality with low environmental impact.
A partnership has been forged with Shropshire-based construction company, Shingler Homes, to build homes for McGowan Grocott Land & Development.
